60 run creations/minute (burst 120), 600 run reads/cancellations/minute (burst 1200), and 120 catalog reads/minute (burst 240), shared across an account's API keys. Token buckets refill continuously. Default concurrency: 20 executing runs and 1000 queued runs per account; deployments may configure different concurrency and queue limits. HTTP 429 includes a Retry-After header in seconds.
